JOY IN THE PARK

Joy In The Park returns for its second year, bringing a whole host of music and entertainment to Fitzgerald's park in Cork on the afternoon of Sunday July 23, 2023.

Solace Café provides an out-of-hours friendly and supportive community crisis prevention and crisis support service weekend evenings in a café style/non-clinical safe environment.
The café service will support individuals and their family members/carers to deal with an immediate crisis and to plan safely drawing on their strengths, resilience and coping mechanisms to manage their mental health and well-being.

Fermoy Hub offers individuals currently experiencing or in recovery from mental health difficulties a space within which they can connect with peers - and grow their self-esteem, social skills, and resilience through a range of fulfilling, creative, and engaging activities.

Bridge Street Community Café is a safe, welcoming, space for anyone over 18 years of age to have a cuppa, and a chat. It will be a place to come make connections, have a snack or find out what’s on in the local area. Or if you want to sit in our quite space, read a book and just relax.

To celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10th Cork Mental Health Foundation hold two seminars annually which promote positive mental health
This Gardening Group has been established for over 4 years and gives people who experienced mental health difficulties a place to go and work with their hands and produce something they can be proud of which gives them a great sense of achievement and self worth.
