Seminars

To celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10th Cork Mental Health Foundation hold two seminars annually which promote positive mental health. We do this through bringing speakers from various backgrounds and life experience to speak to students about their experience of mental health and what you can do to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

We have had some fantastic speakers including Mr. Niall Breslin (Bressie), Mr. John Lonergan, Mr. Liam Doocey (Youth Health Services), Mr Conor Cusack, Mr Gerry Duffy, Mr Brent Pope, Ms Hannah Tyrell to name a few.

Each year our seminars have attracted over 1600 Transition year students to the event from all over County Cork.

If your school would be interested in attending or you would like more information please do not hesitate to contact the office on 021 4511100
